Book a demo
Bring one job role. We'll run the loop on it.
An Ascend demo is a thirty-minute working session on one of your own job roles: your documents go in, and you watch the onboarding plan, the training and the Understanding Check come out, with the source behind every line.
Or write to [email protected] with the job role you'd like to run.
What happens
Thirty minutes, one job role, your documents.
- Before the call, you pick one job role (a support engineer, a store associate, a bank teller) and send the handful of documents that define it: the SOP, the relevant policy, the job description.
- We load them into a fresh tenant. You see the company brain built from them, and what it can and cannot answer.
- The AI drafting agent writes the 30/60/90-day onboarding plan and a training program for that role. Every block shows the document passages it was drawn from.
- You see the Understanding Check that closes the training, and how an answer is scored criterion by criterion against its rubric.
- Before anything publishes, you see where the autonomy dial sits, and what stays held for a human no matter where it is set.
What to bring
Three things make the session useful.
- One job role you onboard people into regularly, so the plan is judged against something you already know.
- The documents that define it. Two or three are enough; they do not need tidying first.
- Someone who owns that role's training or compliance, because they are the person who can tell whether the draft is right.
After the demo
What a pilot is, and what is not in place yet.
What a pilot includes
- One job role, and the documents that define it.
- The company brain built from them, scoped to your organization.
- Onboarding and training drafts, each block showing its source passages.
- Understanding Checks graded against their rubric.
- The autonomy dial at Proposes only; nothing publishes without a person.
- Scope and hosting agreed before any employee data is loaded.
Not in place yet
- SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
- SAML or SCIM. Single sign-on is OpenID Connect only.
- A fixed hosting region.
What is in place, and how to check it: the security page.
Questions
Before you book.
- Is there a pricing page?
- Not yet. Pilots are scoped per organization, so pricing is discussed after the working session, against the roles you would start with.
- What happens to the documents we send?
- They are loaded into a tenant set up for the session, scoped to it and to nothing else. Our data processing agreement is available to review before you send anything.
- Does anything reach our employees?
- No. A demo tenant has no connection to your people or systems, and nothing is published or assigned.
